Excel to PDF
Turn any worksheet into a clean, print-ready PDF.
Upload an .xlsx or .xls workbook and get a paginated PDF with real, selectable text — not a screenshot. Column widths, headers and page breaks are calculated from your data so wide tables stay readable instead of spilling off the page.

Common problems and fixes
Columns are cut off on the right edge of the page.
Switch to landscape orientation, or enable “Fit to width” which scales the font down until the widest row fits the page.
Dates appear as numbers like 45231.
Those cells are stored as raw serial numbers. Run the Date Formatter first to convert them to a real date format, then convert to PDF.
