Common problems and fixes
The output has one row per line but everything is in column A.
The PDF uses tab-free single-run text. Switch the delimiter mode from “auto” to “fixed width” and set the column positions manually in the preview.
Numbers import as text with a leading apostrophe.
Enable “Coerce numeric strings” in the options panel, which parses values matching a currency or decimal pattern into real numbers.
