Remove Duplicates
Delete duplicate rows across any combination of columns.
Choose which columns define a duplicate, decide whether to keep the first or last occurrence, and remove the rest. Case and whitespace sensitivity are configurable, so “ john@x.com ” and “John@X.com” can count as the same record.

Common problems and fixes
Nothing was removed even though duplicates are visible.
Trailing spaces or invisible characters differ. Enable “Ignore whitespace” and “Ignore case”, or run the Data Cleaner first.
Too many rows were removed.
Too few key columns were selected. Add the columns that make each record genuinely unique, such as an ID or timestamp.
