Common problems and fixes
Every row is reported as unique.
You are checking a column that contains a unique ID. Deselect it and check the business columns instead.
The highlighted export opens without highlighting.
Some viewers ignore conditional formatting rules. Open it in Excel or LibreOffice, or export the plain report instead.
