Data Validator
Check every row against rules before it reaches your report.
Define rules per column — required, numeric range, date range, email, phone, regex, allowed list — and get a report of every violation with its row and column. Export the failures, or download a workbook with invalid cells flagged.

Common problems and fixes
Valid dates are reported as invalid.
The column is stored as text. Set the expected format explicitly on the rule, or run the Date Formatter first.
Thousands of violations from one rule.
The rule is probably too strict — a required rule on an optional column, for instance. Check the sample values shown next to the rule.

What people say

Our IT team blocked every other online tool because they upload files. This one does not, so data validator finally got approved for use on real data.
Exactly what I needed. Data Validator used to be a twenty-minute job with a macro I did not trust; now it takes one drag and one click.
