Excel Data Cleaner
Fix messy spreadsheets in one pass.
Trim stray whitespace, strip non-printing characters, collapse double spaces, remove empty rows and columns, standardise capitalisation and normalise line endings. Each fix is a toggle, and the preview shows exactly how many cells each one touches.

Common problems and fixes
Rows that look empty were not removed.
They contain a formula returning "" or a single space. Enable “Treat blank-looking cells as empty” before the empty-row rule runs.
Proper case turned “IBM” into “Ibm”.
Add IBM to the acronym exceptions list, which the casing rule leaves untouched.
