Common problems and fixes
The header row repeats in the middle of the merged data.
Enable “Skip header rows after the first file”. It detects a repeated header and drops it automatically.
The result exceeds Excel’s row limit.
Turn on auto-split, which rolls over into a second sheet at 1,048,576 rows instead of failing.
