Excel Data Sorter
Multi-level sorting with custom orders and locale rules.
Sort by up to five columns at once, mix ascending and descending, and define custom orders like Small → Medium → Large. Locale-aware comparison means accented characters and non-Latin scripts sort the way native speakers expect.

Common problems and fixes
Numbers sort as 1, 10, 2.
The column is text. Run the Number Formatter to convert it, or enable natural sort for that level.
Rows became misaligned after sorting.
The sheet had merged cells inside the data range. Unmerge them — the Data Cleaner has a rule for this — then sort again.
