Common problems and fixes
On-hand quantity is negative.
Issues were logged before the matching receipt. Check the movements sheet dates — the running balance shows exactly where it went negative.
A SKU shows no reorder alert despite being low.
Its reorder level cell is blank, so there is nothing to compare against. Set one on the products sheet.
