Common problems and fixes

Group totals do not include a new row.

The row was added below the total rather than inside the group. Insert it above the subtotal line so the range grows.

Variance shows a huge percentage.

The planned value is zero, so the percentage divides by zero. The template wraps this in IFERROR — re-enter a planned amount.
