Common problems and fixes
The invoice prints across two pages.
You added more line items than the print area covers. Adjust the print area, or switch to the itemised layout which paginates properly.
Tax column shows zero.
The tax rate cell at the top is empty. Enter it there rather than in each line, which is where the formulas read it from.
